Jan 29th, 2009Well, damn. Nearly a month into the year and it's already crazy as a motherfucker. I've been working with the Fresh Boy Crew on a couple of Mixtapes and albums, and it seems to be going pretty well so far. As it goes, Little C and Stormshadow are just killing it in the studio(my house).
Anyway, what I really wanted to talk to you guys about is this: My new album is out. For free.

Well, pick a category. But regardless, I'm making the new album, called Half the Game, for free, because of a few reasons:
1) I like sharing things 2) I want people to hear these songs, regardless of their ability to pay 3) I do it for the love, not the money 4) I've got stacks of the previous album in my warehouse(under the bed). If you wanna give me money, buy that one from me. It's over in the store. But I digress. I think this is a pretty fricking good set of songs, and you should all download them and listen. Then e-mail me and tell me what you think. Then go to my shows, so I can see your smiling faces. Here's a link to the album:

July 19th 08Hi guys, just checking in to let you know I'm still at it and kicking the usual ass, except for last Sunday, July 13th at the US Art Authority. Anybody who saw that show will tell you it was pretty terrible, especially me! Notice to venues/promoters: make sure you got a good sound guy who's getting paid to do sound... Anyway, lessons learned and me and Johnny are getting it together better than ever! Make sure to come out and see me on Tuesday, July 29th at room 710 at 10pm, and the KPWR benefit on July 31st at the Victory at 9:30pm, with an all hiphop star-studded cast! See you soon, kids.
